Coherent Tech
Coherent Labs produces Game UI Systems based on the modern web stack of HTML/CSS/Javascript.
Coherent UI was launched around 2013 and was basically a set of separate processes that ran alongside the game, pumping textures into it. It was based on Chromium.
Coherent GT succeeded Coherent UI in 2015. It did not employ multiple processes and allowed integration into the game engine itself. It was based on Webkit with major modifications for game development.
Hummingbird was a mobile-first solution released in 2016. It was its own HTML5 engine and supported a subset of the spec.
Coherent Gameface is the current successor to this system released in 2018.
